From this coming week Coventry Grinders will be partially “re-opening” to help support our customers in this very strange time.
We will still mainly be operating remotely, however, we will now be attending the branch on Tuesdays and Thursdays to cut/pack/ship customer orders. These days and their frequency will be reviewed in the coming weeks.
This will allow us to supply with only small delays compared to usual our usual service – we will happily work with customers expectations and lead times as best we can. We would appreciate correspondence and enquiries electronically if possible, as we may not always be able to answer the main line whilst at the branch.
We know that some companies are going above and beyond at present and, are having to continue to complete work to secure the future of their businesses. We would like to do our bit to help where we can.
It is important to note that there will be only one member of staff in the office and/or stores at any one time and we will only be sending orders by carrier or pallet freight (there will be some exceptions).
The safety of our staff and customers is of the highest priority and if we feel at any time these new measures are not safe enough, we will have no hesitation in reverting back to working fully remotely once more.
We have plenty of stock of all our usual lines and of course bespoke material/cutting work/abrasives will be available as usual.
Let’s keep showing the country how great engineering and manufacturing is here – we will get through this!
Stay Safe.
The Coventry Grinders Team.
