Dear Customers, Happy New Year to one and all. 

We are delighted to offer you the full range of Stubbs branded Key Steel & Shim Steel. Both Metric and Imperial sizes will be available. Shim steel will be available in other materials too subject to Stubbs range. Stubbs is a premium high quality brand, their Key Steel is zinc plated to add extra protection against corrosion whilst offering a good cosmetic appearance.

They will soon be listed in our webshop but in the meantime please contact us for pricing on these products.

We are very pleased to announce as part of our ongoing drive for business excellence that Coventry Grinders Ltd has applied for ISO-9001-2008. This will give our existing customers the confidence in our ability to perform to a required standard, and offer new customers the reassurance they require to become an approved supplier. This is also linked via payal enabling our customers to pay via their own PayPal account.  Gauge Plate, silver steel and abrasives have bever been so easy to purchase. We have a new member joining our team here at Coventry Grinders. His name is David Walford and he has been given the role of business development. We wholeheartedly welcome him on board and wish him every success with his new opportunity.

David is young and ambitious and comes from a coated abrasive background; he has extensive knowledge of abrasive belts, their manufacture and application. He is familiar with many different manufacturers’ backing material so can offer technical assistance in this field.

Primarily his role is to seek out new business opportunities locally and throughout the West Midlands. He will expand awareness of Coventry Grinders and advocate our company’s commitment to high level of service and level of professionalism.

We wish him the best of luck and look forward to the opportunities he will bring.

Dear customers,

Please note that Coventry Grinders will be closed for the last week in May for our annual shutdown.  We will be closed from 26th – 30th May and will be open on Monday 3rd June.

Any gauge plate/ground flat stock, silver steel or grinding wheel (abrasive) enquiries via email will be responded to but orders placed will not be processed or dispatched until our return.
