Blue Ceramic Internal Wheels

This is Coventry Grinders own brand of Ceramic grinding wheel. Made with 30% ceramic grain, our own brand internal wheels are perfectly suited for grinding hardened materials such as D2 and M2. Ceramic grain technology was developed for grinding hardened materials. Ceramic grain will fracture under pressure to reveal more sharp edges which aid to the cutting of hard and difficult materials unlike aluminium oxide grains (white wheels) that blunt on contact with the work piece which then require more dressing of the wheel to regain a cutting edge.

The user will find grinding with a ceramic wheel on hardened materials easier and will cut down on machining and dressing times with no burn marks and cool cutting. Our ceramic grinding wheels have a very long life and offer increased performance against conventional white aluminium oxide wheels.
